1st one
and you can tell who's is who's

the 1st one is PSPHKRs style
the 2nd you can tell instantly because all tjones ever does is smudge and blur over a plain background with a render in the middle.

and obviously psphkr said he liked the first one and like psyko said the moony effect is crap but good use of dots and things octopussy stuff(idk) the second one is just on big damn blur

Its obvious whos signature is whos just look at my sig battle I had and its apparent anyway I like the first one better but due to the fact that the dot effect is constantly used by that artist ive decided to vote for the 2nd. Which has a spacey absent look lol I cant explain it but I really enjoy the look and i think it needs a boarder BTW.
