It lacks exclusive games, it comes with a blu-ray player even though a standard Bluray player costs $499.99, so they don't make more money. The online play is dreadful. Home will never come out. MGS4 will be its only highlight. it has less memory. Don't base if a console is successful off sales(which is really the only known way) I mean common the wii sucks total batshit and its in the top list. Ever heard of a thing called buyers remorse?

no exclusive games, what about final fantasy 13, gran turismo 5, and resistance, little big planet, there's so many games to choose from. I agree home is never going to come out at the rate it's going but the online play already is awesome (play resistance or grand theft auto). And when it comes to the hardrive you can replace it or plug in a 500GB hardrive in the usb port like i did. As for highlights i think final fantasy 13 will take the cake over MGS4 for the simple reason it's the first final fantasy for the ps3. so it will be like FF7 on the ps1, or FF10 on the ps2, FF13 + PS3 = epic. lol. And I'm almost positive that when people start making custom firmware/homebrew (even though you can use linux) the ps3 will really take off. who knows technically speaking the PS3's hardware can support Leopard (hintityt hint hint)

With the PS3 still reasonably new, I highly doubt a PS4 is on the horizon.

A)It lacks exclusive games? What does it lack, little big planet, MGS4, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Heavenly Sword, Drake, Ratchet and Clank. (Back up your statement with facts.)
B)If online play is dreadful then afford better then dial up.
c)MGS4 is its only highlight huh. But, none of the rest exclusives are even out. Don't pass judgment on games that have yet to be released.
d)If you like your console then it is a success. Thats what it was made for! Not to compare wallets.
E)I agree with you on the wii, but that still all in personal preference.

I never stated a word relating to it being fact, be sure to read it better next time. I simply stated basic ideals that sony is missing sure sony has great exclusive games coming out but they always release most of their exclusives within the same month, not spanding it out like Microsoft. Plus there rumors that Capcom is going over to develop only exclusive games for the Xbox 360. please don't debate me over this shit, IM me over msn if you want to talk about it.
