Is There Like A Password I can Install On My Wii? Like Threw The memory Card Or The 512 MB Internal memory So i don't have to worry about my brothers playing it while im away...Any Help on Any Homebrew that Has This type of app

A password lock? I don't think I've heard of any for the Wii, but there could be some out there maybe.
As for your other question. No, the Wii cannot play PS2/PSP games. But I do remember hearing awhile back something about someone working on a PS1 emulator for the Wii.
It sounds possible to install a modified firmware or bootloader which doesnt boot until u enter a password, I am stiill waiting for something for PSP. I'd keep the PSP since PSP can run bomebrew like the Wii and it's portable.
I heard of something called regionfrii that you patch foriegn games with. Also WiiBrick break will remove the foreign updates that will brick your will (and use it on non import games to avoid updating)
