Comex, the author of the BannerBomb exploit, has released his latest exploit that uses Super Smash Brothers Brawl to run custom code.
Instructions:
Delete all the custom stages you have. Then copy the contents of the folder to the root of your SD card, then start brawl and go to the stage builder, it should launch boot.dol from the root of your SD card.
Note: it only works on the _US_ version of brawl (RSBE)
Its cool I guess. Bannerbomb still works on FW 4.1 which is the newest,
and you dont need any game.
But Im sure they will fix that exploit. From what I hear they can only patch
SSBB. So if you already have SSBB, this will always work.
O cool, I have SSBB brawl with the latest firmware. I just got this Wii and is there any worries bricking it while hacking it or when it's already hacked?
I dont have SSBB, so I have not tried it yet.
You can use the bannerbomb exploit.
And get bootmii, make sure its named boot.dol or boot.elf,
and place it at the root of your sd card.
Edit: Try this.
Extract the rar and place all the files on sd card.
Press (Wii), Data Management, Channels, SD. Then insert the card. It should either pop up Load boot.dol/elf
