i need help with a usb loader. how can i play game backups useing a external hard drive so i dont have to burn the games to a disk i have ios249 can anyone help mith this thanks

You got two options

1 - Format the USB to WBFS (This method will not let the usb device be able to read on any os, but it lets you copy games using WBFSManager simple)

Or

2 - Download CFG USB Loader (google it and find it on gbatemp) and format ur USB to FAT32, but to add games you have to work out with CMD commands (and you need windows), but it will let you use the USB on both windows and usb loader (and anything that can read usb's ofcourse..)

You can always dump you games if you need easy too. Hope this helps

i did do what you said for #1 and i have usbloader gx ont the wii and wbfs on my pc could it be that my external hard drive is not compatable.

Try the second one, it might be a alternative
