Wii Menu Hack Released

[Hybrix]

Crediar has released his Nintendo Wii System Menu hack which allows your Wii to boot region free games as in all region encoding for GameCube, Wii games and Wii channels and also virtual console titles. What it also does is remove the health warning at startup and the background music (you can view the walkthrough of the patch in the video below). Installation requires the Homebrew Channel. Some Info From The Read Me:

If you install another systemmenu all hacks will be removed.

Your system menu will only be patched, it won't be deleted.
This makes the patch progress very brick safe.

I can definitely understand the reasoning behind the removal of the health warning and region coding, but seriously, do people find the Wii menu music that annoying?

There is a risk as always of bricking but the chances are very slim.

Btw, it says on the Hack Installer nfo file that it only works with Wii Version 3.2
So warning, it WON'T WORK ON 3.3, it will apparently take you back to the loader...

Yeah, this was a great homebrew release(or hack >_>)
I still use it, and it saves a bunch of time, no t having to use freeloaders or homebrew. ^_^

im looking for sites on the internet where i can download free unofficial wii channels does anyone know a site where you can download it
ps - are you able to download it from the wii internet channel aswell or do you have to transfer it from the computer to the wii.
