Waninkoko 4.0 Firmware Installer

No its safe. Look who made it, Waninkoko This update gives all the 4.0 features but keeps intact the ability to install wads, play backups etc.

to re ensure everyone i used this and i can still us my backups and wads and everything you just have to ride out the downloading times

But unfortunately, I installed it and am now unable to run backups anymore.
I'm using "WiiGator Backup Launcher v0.3" I had IOS60 installed before using Waninkoko's firmware installer. Everything installed successfully, but I can no longer run backups.
Anyone have any idea why? or know of any good downgrading guides?

It magically started working ater 10 tries. Go figure.

No it will not delete your wads aslo you can downgrade back if you don't like it.. also preloader doesn't work but bootloader in HBC does

hello im new here!=)

I have wiikey2 with 3.4E , will this work as an official upgrade? I mean, some games wants to upgrade via the cd, is it safe for me after using this patch to let the cd check for updates?

Oh and I have HBC and HBB and a few wads and wiiware games installed, will those work too? (world of goo somehow stoped working after I installed IOS55-something)

if u install this. u will no longer be able to use WAD's. until they find a way to load them on this new firmware.

hi, i have a 3.2U Custom Firmware. currently i run burnt games through the Gamma Backup Channel. I would like to install Waninkoko 4.0 firmware. how do i do that? just copy the boot.dol into the root of my SD and install it in the Homebrew channel?

i used the Waninkoko 4.0 Firmware Installer and it worked great my back ups work and my hbc still works so to me its a ok!!!
