Well I downloaded the demo two days ago and to my surprise this game is highly addictive. I've been told its just some half-Life mod brought to profit but it turns out they were wrong Left 4 Dead uses a very unique and smart AI, getting out alive on expert was no joke. What do you think?

i played it yesterday, i wasn't that enthralled by the whole experience really.
i think it had something to do with the lights being on and it being on medium.
i will try again tommorow.

its a great game. its almost like a combination of half life and gears of war
(just a little bit)

I played it on PC a while ago and well, it's even better than I expected. I thought it was going to be similar to zombie panic, but it's not it's a lot better.
I might just go purchase myself a copy!

I too played the PC demo recently and I have to say its quite fun. Highly addicting is correct.

I've been playing it on PC for a while, killed 2800 infected with 16 achievements unlocked, mostly play expert or advanced campaign, versus on advanced.

Great game, doesn't seem like a game which would suit consoles, like every other Valve game, too fast paced. Ordered my copy longgggg ago to get the $5 off from Steam. Anyway Versus is immence, nothing better than teaming up with some mates to double team some survivers.

Aka me,

I used a boomer, threw up on two suckers, then protected a guy who was getting clawed by a hunter with my big sack of puke called a stomach. Sucker shot me, blowing me up, and in turn I covered the one getting pwnt by the hunter and the one who shot me.
Game was over by then.
