Default Ban Hammer - NXE Update
Alrite, we all know about the NXE (New Xbox Experience) and it looks good, but I got banned from Live for some weird reason, why?!?! Anybody else been banned because of this update?

You can be banned from XBL for multiple reasons, best is to call and ATTEMPT to find out why and rectify it. If you're console was hard modded or multiple people call in complaining about your "cheating" then they can suspend your account. They might have you pull up status codes for your system, have you had any other issues lately?

If it came up with the update, there's a good chance it found something you did, didn't like it and bam, out you are. However, if it was completely unjustified, you can call them up like the others mentioned and argue.
