Flashing Lite-on Drive

I got error E74 on my Elite and I want to buy a new one , I heard about Lite-on's Hack but I didn't find a clear explanation about how to do it.

so if there is anybody hacked his Lite-on drive please tell me how cuz i can't stay without a new xbox.

Hacking an Xbox 360 is a no-no.

Yo, pretty much all the new X360's will have the Lite-On/BenQ DVD drive.
If your planning to swap the drive with a Hitachi or Samsung, I would stop now...and stick with the drive you have

Buy the equipment (Team Xecuter Connectivity Kit) to extract the Lite-On's DVD keys,
And flash it with the latest iXtreme firmware (I flashed in DOS to be safe)
