360 fan mod - Console Spot Forums

I have a 360 that has the 12v mod , both fan was wire to the dvd drive 12v but it was very loud , i remove it and connect it to the normal connector , i need to know how to get 7 or 8v on one or both of the fan, also if i am going to add another fan , whats a safe place to get the 12v from?
Need some info/help ..
