Man I'm really getting tired of Microsoft, its seem like their trying to own the world, no one can do anything without Microsoft trying to stick they hand in and steal some of the pie. Google was doing great so now they release Bing to try and be number one, the ipod ruled (and still is) the mp3 so now they release the zune, wii ruled the motion gaming now they want to release natal, ps3 take a price drop now they want to drop the price on xbox and now their even working on a antivirus program called Moro to compete against the other anti virus programs out there. They claim that it will be free but I think that sooner of later they will make you pay for that too. Nothing ever enough for them
That's what makes things better. Like if Sony didn't have any competition for the PS3, they wouldn't be trying to improve their product. Sort of like the PSP, since there isn't any major competition they don't really add a lot of new features to their product.
Man the business world is sure cruel...I understand Microsoft move on matching the price drop...its a smart one after all but not enough make me change my mind...beside I already paid for my ps3 slim in full hehe I'm just waiting for September 1 to pick it up. I have nothing against the 360, after all they both provide entertainment. I still can't wrap my head around their wireless device that cost $100, and knowing that their system as a high chance of being defective...like SMProdigy said I cant be bothered with the RROD right now either. Other than that I wouldn't mind having both system
Should be good for the sales. However in my opinion Microsoft need to work on the reliability issues before they push forward with price-drops, because in theory lower prices mean more sales and with the current issues, more sales = more units to be repaired.
