Custom Firmware 6.63 ME Beta 2 Released

Custom Firmware 6.60 ME Beta 2 has been released by PSP developer, Neur0n. This version only works on PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 models that do not have TA-088 V3+ motherboards. As Neur0n waits for another developer to finish work on the kernel, we will not be seeing LCFW (light custom firmware) versions which are for nonflashable PSP models (the PSP GO and PSP-3000 which are equipped with TA-90 motherboards).

As this custom firmware is a beta, there are many things that need to be worked out, and things that do not function (LEDA and popsloader for example.) Considering that the firmware 6.60 adds nothing new, and if you are not able to use Pandora Battery, it is recommended that you not try this firmware.

Lately, as I was playing NBA on my PSP, it hanged. Thinking it was caused by a virus, I have ignorantly formatted my PSP unit. This is the only mean where I consume my free time. How can I make my unit function again? How could I regain back the recovery files of the unit? Please help me, anyone.
