Waninkoko, has certainly been very busy. He has brought out a new cIOS making this v3, a cIOS uninstaller making it up to 1.1 and a firmware downgrader. All of these are extremly handy, so go ahead and hit the download link. Here is what waninkoko has add in his new releases.

The CIOSV3 features:

- Dropped checkup version of the title ES_AddTitleStart function ().

- Now you can remove titles system with ES_DeleteTicket () and ES_DeleteTitle ().

- Dropped checkup function ES_SetUID ().

The cIOS v1.1 uninstaller

- This application allows you to uninstall any Custom IOS installed
in your Wii console.

- This uninstaller works only with Custom IOS37 rev 03 or higher.

Firmawre Downgrader

This is a Custom IOS, IOS amended to add new
features not available in the IOS official.

This IOS has been created to be used only with software
home.

The Custom IOS is installed as IOS249 and not modify any other
IOS so it is safe to install.

You will need IOS37-64-v2070.wad, but please do not ask for it here. I nor anyone else will be providing illeagal files. Enjoy the releases.:)
