Waninkoko has update his good old Custom IOS the Wii, bringing us Revision 13. This IOS is now based on IOS 38 v3610. For those who want to install this using a wad, you will need IOS38-64-v3610.wad on the root of your SD card. PLEASE DO NOT ASK WHERE TO OBTAIN THIS WAD. NOBODY WILL BE ALLOWED TO HOST IT ON THIS SITE. (If you are stuck try - Google ;))
